Refunds & Returns Policy

At Platinum Elephant, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. We offer a 30-day return and refund policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
In the original packaging with all tags attached
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, magazines, or newspapers)
Intimate or sanitary products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additional non-returnable items include:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Certain health and personal care items
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted, including:
Items with obvious signs of use
Opened media products such as CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within several business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary
Contact your bank, since refunds may take additional time to appear

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@platinumelephant.com for instructions.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the gift was sent to the original purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on your location, the delivery time for exchanged products may vary. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
